What should I do if I want to go on a trip with ATS?

What payment methods are offered?
You can pay by Orange Money, Wave, bank card or cash.
How to participate in ATS group excursions?
To participate, you can contact us on the following number: +221 77 480 78 78. This number can be reached on WhatsApp, and via regular phone call.
Payments must be made at least 48 hours before the day of the excursion.
You have the option to pay in 2 installments. In this case, the balance will be paid before departure.
I am not in Senegal at the moment, can I book for a trip I plan to take in a few months?
Yes, we are open to this option. You can contact us now by email at infos@africatourismsolutions.com , indicating the dates, the number of people, and the chosen destination.
If I cancel my reservation, would there be a possibility of a refund?
Yes, in case of cancellation, ATS can reimburse you.
However, in the event of a no-show on the day, we reserve the right to deduct 20% of the total price of the activity and to refund you the remainder of the amount.
After paying for a group excursion, I find myself unable to attend on the day of the excursion. What should I do?
In the event that you are unable to attend on the day of the excursion, the amount paid will be considered as a deposit for a future excursion.
However, you may be reimbursed and ATS will keep 20% of the total amount as compensation.
How are payments made with ATS?
You can pay directly through our website.
For tailor-made trips, you can make your payment via bank card, Orange Money, Wave, bank transfer or cash.
Is it possible to pay in different installments?
