What should I do if I want to take an excursion with ATS?

What payment methods are offered?
You can pay by Orange money, Wave, bank card or in cash.
How to participate in ATS group excursions?
To participate, you can contact us on the following number: + 221 77 480 78 78. This number can be reached on WhatsApp, and via normal call.
Payments must be made at least 48 hours before the day of the excursion.
You have the option of paying in 2 installments. In this case, the balance will be paid before departure.
I am not in Senegal at the moment, can I book for a trip I plan to take in a few months?
Yes, we are open to this option. You can now contact us by email at infos@africatourismsolutions.com telling us the period, the number of people and the chosen destination.
If I cancel my reservation, will there be a possibility of a refund?
Yes, in the event of cancellation, ATS can refund you.
However, in the event of a no-show on the day, we give ourselves the right to deduct 20% of the total price of the activity and reimburse you the rest of the amount.
After paying for a group excursion, I happen to be unable to attend the day of the excursion, what should I do?
If you are unable to attend on the day of the excursion, the amount paid will be considered as a deposit for a subsequent excursion.
However, you could be reimbursed and ATS will keep 20% of the total amount as compensation.
How are payments made with ATS?
You can pay directly via our WEBSITE.
For tailor-made trips, you can pay by credit card, Orange Money, Wave, bank transfer or in cash.
Is it possible to pay in different installments?
