What should I do if I want to do an excursion with ATS?

What are the means of payment offered?

You can pay by Orange Money, Wave, Bank or cash card.

How to participate in ATS group excursions?

To participate, you can contact us on the following number: + 221 77 480 78 78. This number can be reached on WhatsApp, and via normal call.

Payments should be made at least 48 hours before the day of the excursion. 

You can pay in 2 slices. In this case, the balance will be paid before departure.

I'm not in Senegal right now, can I book for a trip I plan to make in a few months?

Yes, we are open to this option. You can now contact us by email at info@africourismsolutions.com by indicating the period, the number of people and the destination chosen.

If I cancel my reservation, would there be a possibility of reimbursement?

 Yes, in case of cancellation, ATS can reimburse you.

However, in the event of a no-show on D-Day, we give ourselves the right to deduct 20% of the total activity price and reimburse you the rest of the amount.

After payment for a group excursion, it turns out that I have an impediment on the day of the excursion, what should I do?

In case you have an impediment on the day of the excursion, the amount paid will be considered as a deposit for a later excursion.

However, you could be reimbursed and ATS will keep 20% of the total sum as compensation.

How are payments with ATS?

You can pay directly via our website. 

For tailor -made trips, you can make your payment via bank card, Orange Money, Wave, in bank transfer or cash.

Is it possible to pay in different slices?
