Accompanied by Maman Coumbice, you will be introduced to Senegalese (local) cuisine.

She will introduce you to local Senegalese cuisine. During a morning session, all the ingredients will be at your disposal for your enjoyment; peel the vegetables, measure the ingredients, and observe the flavors unfolding before tasting.

On the menu, you will be served:

• – Hibiscus drink
• – Senegalese-style tea
