Senegal boasts year-round sunshine and 700 km of coastline on the Atlantic Ocean. While there are
two distinct seasons based on the climate, this isn't really a

– From December to February, if you like cool, festive and lively weather, you can
do as many activities as possible: the mountains, the beaches, the desert!
From March to May, mornings and evenings are cool. Daytime temperatures are higher , making it ideal for experiences like canoe trips, excursions, safaris, or visiting the Djioudj bird park.
From May to October, prices are more attractive, the atmosphere is perfect for a summer
holiday, there's the rainy season, the landscapes are lush and green, and
juicy mangoes and other seasonal fruits are an integral part of the scenery.

Unless otherwise specified for a particular product or supplier, the cancellation conditions apply:
– Less than 30 days before departure: 10%
– Less than 10 days: 30%
– Less than 7 days: 50%
– Less than 3 days before departure: 100% (no refund)
Transportation is included upon request.

French is the official language of Senegal. In addition, Wolof is spoken everywhere, even on street corners. In Senegal, even if you don't speak French, the
people are warm and courteous and will try to accommodate you.

The official currency in Senegal is the CFA franc (XOF). One euro (€) is approximately equivalent to 655
francs. While cash payments are still common, we advise you
to have some cash in dollars or euros before your trip. Our team can assist you with currency exchange or during your purchases.
– Visa and Mastercard bank cards are mostly accepted in hotels, restaurants and agencies.
– For markets and small businesses, cash is recommended, or failing that,
payments via mobile money: Wave, Orange Money
