The Fathala Wildlife Reserve, inaugurated in 2003, is an area made up of approximately 6,000 hectares of original and protected forests, offering guests the opportunity to visit an original expanse of African wilderness. Located south of Saloum, Fathala is a nature reserve which has the added advantage of being a tourist area par excellence. It is a forest where tourists enjoy the company of animals bred for this occasion. Visiting the reserve involves using a wild setting and a domesticated jungle.
